Our menus showcase micro-regional Italian cuisine, with dishes drawn from every region of the country. We work directly with local growers and suppliers to secure the vast majority of our ingredients, from fresh produce to meats and fish. Pastas, cured meats, fresh cheeses, and even cured olives are all prepared in-house. Similarly, our extensive wine list draws primarily from smaller California vineyards, along with a handpicked selections of Italian vintages that pair perfectly with our menu.
